Specifications

Common Mixture Ranges:  0-10% hydrogen in nitrogen
                                                0-20% hydrogen in nitrogen
                                                0-50% hydrogen in nitrogen
                                               50-80% hydrogen in nitrogen 
Mixed Gas Flow Capacity:  0-5,000 scfh (0-134 Nm3/h) This is the mixed gas capacity at the mid-                                                      range setting. The capacity may be more or less depending on the                                                            mixture setting. Consult Thermco for more details.
Gas Mixing Accuracy:         ±3% of full range over 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 32°C)
                                               ±5% of full range over 10°F to 104°F (-12°C to 40°C)
                                          Stated accuracy assumes that the input temperature of the gases are equal.
Gas Analyzer:                   Thermal conductivity type made by Thermco. The detector is expected to                                                last the lifetime of the gas analyzer. The calibration is highly stable,                                                          recommended calibration interval is one year.
Ambient and Supply
Gas Temperature Range: 10°F to 104°F (-12°C to 40°C)

Standard Supply Gas Pressure: 100-125 psig (6.9-8.6 barg) Supply pressures do not have to be                                                                   equal.
Standard Mixture Outlet Pressure: 10-40 psig (0.7-2.8 barg) Regulator provided by Thermco in gas                                                                  mixer for mixture outlet pressure adjustment. Note: Gas mixers                                                                  are frequently engineered for non-standard pressure conditions.
Gas Connections: 1 inch NPT female pipe for nitrogen, ½ inch NPT female pipe for hydrogen, 1 inch                                   NPT female pipe for mixed gas.
Surge Tank:  60 gallon, ASME coded and CRN registered, pressure relief valve provided
